During this CLE, we will examine how mental illness and mental health are defined and explore how they differ and intersect, discuss how to increase self-awareness by recognizing internal and external indicators, and discover how powerful the mind is through neuroplasticity. We will then explore and learn practical methods to modify our thought processes and behaviors, including an understanding of the ABCs of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, which can improve or maintain our mental health.
